All of The University of Alabama’s Student Media media enterprises reserve the right to reject any advertisement or underwriting message. The final decision regarding if an advertisement is accepted lies with the editor or station manager of the publication in which advertising or underwriting is sought.
Advertisements or underwriting messages that discriminate on the basis of genetic information, race, color, religion, national origin, sex (which includes sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression), age, disability, or veteran status will not be accepted.
Advertisements that Student Media or its member organizations deem false or misleading will be rejected. Advertisements and underwriting messages for products, services or promotions that are illegal in the state of Alabama will be rejected. Alcohol and tobacco advertising is not accepted.
Student Media is not liable for any error in any advertisement or underwriting message submitted print- or broadcast-ready.
