If you have been selected by an editor or manager of a publication to intern or volunteer with UA Student Media, fill out the Intern/Volunteer Info Form online.
If you are a payroll employee of UA Student Media, fill out the Payroll/Employee Info Form online.
Equipment Rental Process
As a student staff member of any publication within UA Student Media, you can check-out equipment for department use. To begin this process, follow these steps:
Send an email to UA Student Media at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the following information in your email:
Once your email is received, your request will be reviewed and if equipment is available, it will be reserved for you for the date(s)/time(s) requested. An email will be sent to you with this information.
At the beginning of each semester, you will be provided with the Equipment Rental Agreement to read and sign. This will be kept on file for the semester.
When picking up the equipment, you will need to show ID.
Our office is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. In order to fill requests and check over the equipment, we ask that when you need to check-out equipment or when it is being returned, to do so by 4:45 pm.
